This is a time of uncertainty and isolation for many, and it’s also a time of grief for some… Loss of jobs. Loss of getting to experience once-in-a-lifetime rituals like graduation. Even loss of life .  It all takes its toll. And most importantly, we need to make space to acknowledge and honor it.
