On December 12th (Rain Date December 13th) we’ll:
· Accept donations for Metrocrest Services (details below)
· Pick up items for Christmas Eve worship
· Prepare items for the Burning Bowl ceremony

HOLIDAY SUPER COLLECTION FOR METROCREST!!

Let’s light up the season for Metrocrest by filling an extra SUV with toys and coats in addition to 2-3 carloads of pantry items.

• Metrocrest is collecting unwrapped new toys to help their clients have at least one toy for their children this holiday season. Toy items most-needed: sports & college apparel, electronic & board games, gym bags, sports equipment, wallets, jewelry, watches, DVDs, hair dryer, hair irons, nail & cosmetic sets, perfume, Legos, Wal-Mart & Amazon gift cards, and Disney & Marvel themed items. Items for ages 10-18 are typically the most needed.

• Help neighbors stay warm. Coat donations are the most needed item this year. New or freshly laundered very-gentled used coats in all sizes: men, women, and children. Do not donate coats that are stained, torn, or have non-functioning zippers or missing buttons.

• The Metrocrest Pantry continues to have greatest need of diapers/wipes, soaps/shampoos, toothpaste, and feminine hygiene products in addition to non-perishable food items.
