General Policies for Weddings:
Deposits for weddings are due at the time of signing the contract to hold the date of the event. Deposits do not go towards the fees of the event. Deposits will be refunded after the event has taken place assuming no damage or cleaning fees.
Rental fees are due two weeks in advance of the event. The church office should receive individual payments for the full rental payment, ministerial fees, coordinator fees, custodial fees and audio/visual fees.
It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure adherence to Texas law regarding the serving of alcohol. Alcohol use is restricted to beer, wine, and champagne.
Use of tobacco products is not permitted inside or outside the church.
Renters must vacate the Church by 10:00 pm (with event take-down completed). Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
