The Bookstore

The Bookstore sells books, Equal Exchange fair trade coffee and chocolate, and related items each Sunday before and after service. Any profit from the store is donated to the church.

Items sold at the Bookstore reflect and support:

  • Horizon’s commitment to fair treatment of those who produce our food

  • Perspectives of faith that illuminate the universal questions of humanity

  • UU principles, especially the free search for truth and meaning, spiritual practice, respect and tolerance for other faiths and cultures, and a pluralistic society

  • The importance of reading in our lives

Books may be special ordered by contacting a Bookstore volunteer on Sunday morning or by emailing  bookstore@horizonuu.org.

New volunteers who love books and enjoy talking to others about book are always welcome.
