Bring your school or work bags of any kind to Horizon for a Blessing of the Backpacks Sunday, August 21. People of all ages are requested to bring backpacks, purses, briefcases, gym bags, laptop carriers, etc.  to kick off the new church year.   You don’t need to be in school to take part!  Rev. Meredith will conduct a short ceremony during the service to celebrate new beginnings and honor every person as a lifelong learner.
