Join the Horizon Pagans in their observance and celebration of Imbolc, a Gaelic traditional festival marking the beginning of Spring. Imbolc marks the halfway point between the Winter Solstice and the Spring Equinox. Imbolc is also Saint Brigid’s Day in Gaelic and Celtic cultures. Saint Brigid gets her name from the ancient Gaelic goddess, Brigid, who brought fertility and rebirth to the earth and its people. The observance will be in the Labyrinth, weather permitting, or in the Sanctuary if the weather is not good for outdoor worship.
