Crises in Life: Navigating Life's Challenges

Now beginning October 3. Life is a journey filled with twists and turns. Through deep listening, readings, and spiritual practices such as journaling, you will learn skills to regain your balance when the circumstances in your life become chaotic. You will also explore how the wisdom and understanding of our Unitarian Universalist faith supports us during the challenges and crises of life. This class will be facilitated by Karen Buszczek and Gay Cox. Register online or in the church lobby.

 Session dates: - Oct. 3 & 17 – Nov. 7 & 21 – Dec. 5 & Dec. ? (TBA) Group will meet from 1:30-3:00 PM in person in the Horizon Library (*dates may be flexible if group votes to change the schedule around the holidays)

Participants are asked to obtain copies of Take What You Need: Life Lessons After Losing Everything by Rev. Jen Crow and The Book of Delights by Ross Gay. Please contact DLRE@horizonuu.org if you need ordering or financial assistance purchasing the books.
