November Share The Plate - Texas Impact

Texas Impact exists to put faith into action. They equip faith leaders and their congregations with information, opportunities, and outreach tools to educate communities and engage with lawmakers on pressing public policy issues. This interfaith group works together on issues that impact the most vulnerable people in our communities. They help people live out their faith in the public square, moving the faith community from charity to justice.

Key initiatives include Vidas Robatas (Stolen Lives), a program that localizes and makes visible the reality of gun violence across our state. And Courts and Ports, a two-day immersion experience designed to build understanding of the many challenges facing migrants and public servants at the Texas-Mexico border.
