Spiritual Direction Group

Spiritual Directors International says, "Spiritual direction aims to help us experience the eternal and the infinite aspects of our true nature through the wise, experienced and compassionate company of another human being. Whether you believe in one God, many Goddesses and Gods, no gods, or simply are not sure, spiritual direction helps people leans into the sacred in day-to-day life, noticing whatever is greater than yourself, to find greater meaning and purpose in our journeys.

VIew an example of a spiritual direction session.  In a spiritual direction group, we don't tell you what to do, but reflect back on your journey so you can have greater awareness of where you're going. Though no experience with spiritual direction is necessary, new participants will be asked to meet with Rev. Chris prior to their first group meeting. Link to Rev Chris’ appointments calendar
