In Texas there is no online voter registration. You must mail your voter registration card/form or take it to your county elections administration office. You can fill out a form online and print it HERE and then mail it. Or you can pick up forms at the post office, the library, and other public buildings to fill out and mail. If you have your old voter registration card with your VUID, your driver’s license or ID number, and your social security number you may update your address on your registration HERE.
