Coming of Age (COA) is a journey of self-discovery and discernment of beliefs, values, and religious identity. The class strives to lead youth to live out Horizon’s mission and become adults who promote love and justice in the world.

Most years the course concludes with a UU Heritage Trip to the Boston area so youth can explore their faith's roots. Families next year will have the chance to decide what kind of capstone event will mark their teens' COA year (Boston trip? other trip?) and determine other details about activities outside the church building.
