Metrocrest Services specializes in helping individuals, families, and seniors who are going through a crisis situation stabilize their lives for a brighter future. We offer a wide range of services including emergency financial assistance, financial coaching and education, a food pantry, employment coaching and job readiness, senior services to help seniors age in place, and seasonal programs focused on children including holiday gifts and food for the summer.
With your gift, you are providing critical support for individuals, families, and seniors who need a helping hand. Your support right now means that neighbors who are experiencing a crisis and are at risk of eviction have the support they need to remain in their homes. It means that no child in our community will have to go hungry and no senior has to miss a critical doctor’s appointment due to lack of transportation. It means people who want to improve their earning potential have the resources needed to land their dream job, and those on their journey to financial independence have the guidance and resources they need to thrive! Give today and provide hope and relief to your neighbors in need. Metrocrest Services serves people who live in Addison, Carrollton, Coppell, Farmers Branch, and the city of Dallas in Denton County (ZIP code 75287).
You may give to Horizon’s Share The Plate Partner any time during the month of July by navigating to horizonuu.org/donate and selecting “Give to Share The Plate”, or by including the word “share” in your text-to-give message, or you may place a check made out to Horizon UU Church with Metrocrest on the memo line in the offering basket on Sundays during the month.
